About the role

As part of BearingPoint Products, you will join a product development organization where every colleague contributes to the success of our products end-to-end. You will work alongside experienced Product Owners, Project Managers, Business Analysts, UX Designers, Developers and QA Engineers, gaining hands-on exposure to the full software development lifecycle. Through mentorship, collaboration and practical experience, you will develop both technical and business understanding while contributing to real product initiatives.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about technology, eager to learn modern cloud technologies and interested in understanding how software products create value for customers and support business processes.

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Participate in the design, development, testing and maintenance of software products and digital solutions;

• Develop cloud-based applications using modern technologies such as SAP BTP, Cloud Foundry, Node.js and SAP UI5;

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Project Managers and Business Analysts to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions;

• Support the implementation of new product features and enhancements;

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborative product development activities;

• Gain understanding customer needs, business processes and how technology creates value for organizations;

• Learn and apply software engineering best practices, quality standards and development methodologies.

We are looking for:  

• Graduate / Final Year Student in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent;

• Some previous experience with one or more of the following technologies: object-oriented programming languages, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS;

• Personal or University projects to prove previous experience;

• Interest in business processes, commercial topics and understanding customer needs;

• Ability to connect technical solutions with business requirements;

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

• Curiosity to learn both technical and functional aspects of enterprise software products;

• Very good English;

• Client-oriented, strong analytical and conceptual thinking;

• Communicative, highly adaptive, team player and eager to learn new technologies;

• Entrepreneurial attitude, enthusiasm for new approaches and innovative solutions.
