Order to Cash (O2C) Trainee / Junior Professional
Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions.
Primary Functions and Tasks:
As an Order to Cash (O2C) Trainee / Junior Professional, you will support key finance operations within our Shared Services Center, contributing to billing, contract management, and accounts receivable activities.
This role is a great starting point for early-career professionals or graduates who want to build hands-on experience in SAP, finance processes, and stakeholder communication within an international environment. You’ll learn by doing, working closely with experienced colleagues who will support your development.
Support invoice creation and billing activities in SAP.
Validate timesheets and billing documentation, ensuring accuracy and flagging inconsistencies.
Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including investigating and clarifying open items.
Support cash collection efforts and follow up with customers when needed.
Process bank statements and assist with accounting postings (with guidance, for trainees).
Contribute to contract creation, validation, and maintenance in SAP.
Monitor shared mailboxes and respond to routine stakeholder queries.
Collaborate with Engagement Managers and finance teams to resolve operational issues.
Escalate more complex cases when required.
Ensure all activities follow internal processes and compliance guidelines.
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in finance operations or O2C (experience is a plus for junior level roles).
Advanced English skills (C1–C2).
German language skills (B2 or above).
Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
