Primary Functions and Tasks: 

As a GenAI Technical Product Owner / Project Manager, you will own and drive the evolution of BeMind, positioned at the intersection of product management, technology leadership, and consulting enablement.

You will act as the single point of accountability for product vision, roadmap, and delivery, ensuring BeMind delivers measurable value across consulting engagements (SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce and beyond).

This role requires balancing strategic product ownership with hands-on technical steering, working closely with engineering, business, legal/compliance, and adoption networks.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Owning the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, prioritizing features based on impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment

• Leading end-to-end delivery of GenAI capabilities, from discovery and design to rollout and adoption

• Acting as a technical counterpart to developers and architects, validating solutions, integrations, and production readiness

• Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (technology, business, legal, security, training) to ensure scalable and compliant solutions

• Driving adoption and enablement through training content, onboarding approaches, and community engagement

• Ensuring governance, cost awareness, and risk management for an enterprise-grade GenAI platform

We are looking for:  

• Experience in product ownership or product management for digital or AI-enabled products, preferably in a consulting or enterprise environment

• Proven ability to translate business and consultant needs into technical requirements and prioritized backlogs

• Hands-on experience collaborating with engineering teams (cloud, AI/ML, full-stack) with sufficient technical depth

• Experience with GitHub workflows and exposure to Azure-based architectures, including cloud services, environments, security, and CI/CD

• Experience working in cross-functional and international environments with multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication and facilitation skills across technical and business audiences

• Structured, outcome-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams

Nice to have:

• Background in technology or management consulting (SAP, Microsoft or Salesforce ecosystems)

• Experience working with internal platforms, accelerators, or innovation products

• Strong understanding of GenAI concepts and architectures (LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, agentic patterns), ideally within the Azure ecosystem

• Familiarity with data privacy, security, and compliance topics (e.g. GDPR, enterprise AI governance)

• Experience in training, enablement, or change management initiatives

• Certifications in Agile, Product Management, Cloud, or GenAI

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in product management, technical project management, or senior technology consulting

• Experience leading complex, technology-driven initiatives with multiple stakeholders

• Fluency in English; German is considered a strong advantage
