HR Data Maintenance Support Administrator
Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions.
Role purpose
The HR Data Maintenance Support administrator is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant maintenance of employee master data within HR systems (e.g. SAP). The role supports the delivery of consistent HR operations across multiple countries by processing employee lifecycle changes and maintaining high data quality standards.
This position plays a role in supporting internal HR stakeholders and ensuring reliable HR reporting and system accuracy.
Primary Functions and Tasks:
Employee Data Maintenance
Maintain and update employee master data in HR systems (e.g. SAP), ensuring accuracy and completeness
Process employee lifecycle events:
New hires, organizational changes, promotions, transfers
Leave of absence updates
Terminations
Update employee-related data such as personal details, cost centers, positions, managers, and organizational assignments
Time Administration & Data Management
Support time management activities within HR systems, including:
Processing and validating time entries and time corrections
Monitoring working time, absences, and leave data
Ensure accuracy and consistency of time data used for reporting
Perform time data reconciliations between systems
Contribute to periodic checks and clean-up activities related to time data
Reporting & Administration
Support the generation and maintenance of HR and time-related reports
Assist in audits by providing accurate employee and time data
Maintain documentation and process guidelines
Continuous Improvement
Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements (including time administration processes)
Support automation and standardization initiatives within HR operations
Contribute to knowledge sharing and documentation updates
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress), preferably in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous experience in HR administration, data maintenance, or time management processes is a plus
Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail
Good written and spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
Comfortable working with HR systems and MS Office
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a structured way
Proactive, reliable, and willing to learn in an international environment
