Primary Functions and Tasks:
Role Description
Leads and delivers internal initiatives with a strong focus on People & Culture, organizational development, and digital transformation. The role is responsible for shaping and steering projects end to end, from scoping and planning to execution and delivery, while coordinating senior stakeholders and ensuring outcomes align with agreed objectives.
The ideal candidate brings proven project management expertise, is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and has a genuine interest in HR topics, change initiatives, and organizational impact.
Project Ownership for Internal Initiatives
Owns and delivers internal People & Culture initiatives or complex workstreams end to end, from planning through execution and closure.
Defines project scope, timelines, milestones, and governance in close alignment with project sponsors.
Monitors progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, and proactively manages escalations to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder & Meeting Management
Serves as the central point of contact for sponsors, senior stakeholders, and cross‑functional project teams.
Prepares and facilitates workshops, project meetings, and decision‑making forums.
Synthesizes complex inputs into clear recommendations, decision papers, and actionable next steps.
People‑Related Topics & Digital Solutions
Translates business and HR needs into structured requirements for processes, systems, and people‑tech tools.
Coordinates testing, feedback loops, and rollout activities for digital HR solutions.
Ensures alignment between business objectives, user experience, and system capabilities.
Communication, Storytelling & Change Enablement
Develops management‑ready presentations, status reports, and project documentation.
Supports change, communication, and adoption activities across the organization.
Adapts messaging to different stakeholder groups and leadership levels to drive clarity and engagement.
Continuous Improvement & Ways of Working
Identifies opportunities to enhance HR processes and project delivery approaches.
Applies project management and agile methodologies pragmatically, tailored to context.
Provides guidance and informal coaching to less experienced project contributors where appropriate.
We are looking for:
University degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Economics, Business Informatics, or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within internal initiatives, HR, or transformation programs.
Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence in collaborating and communicating with senior leaders.
Excellent analytical, structuring, and problem‑solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complexity into clear actions.
Very good communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Structured, reliable, and solution‑oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Genuine interest in People & Culture topics, organisational development, and change management.
