Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Understand user needs and business goals: Conduct user research and discovery activities to identify user and business requirements, ensuring design solutions align with the context and goals

• Translate complex ideas into intuitive, user-friendly experiences, thereby considering the human-centered design process in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9241-210

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Design workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for customer software applications in close coordination with business analysts, developers, project managers, solution architects and clients

• Develop and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across the solution, including the development of Figma components

• Empathetic support for change processes, strong communication skills and confident interaction with stakeholders

• Support with process analysis and process optimisation

• Support in modelling of business processes with BPMN · Contribute to low-code/no-code application design (e.g., process flows, form layouts)

• Participate in virtual and on-site workshops and client meetings (mainly in Germany; 10–25% travel)

We are looking for:  

• German Advanced mandatory

• Min 2 Years experience as a UI/UX Designer
