Requirements Engineer with Low Code/No Code

Primary Functions and Tasks:
Collection, analysis, structuring, and prioritization of functional and non-functional requirements in software projects
Derivation of implementable requirements (e.g., user stories, use cases, acceptance criteria)
Maintenance, detailing, and continuous refinement of the product backlog
Documentation of requirements, decisions, and change requests (e.g., in Jira/Azure DevOps/Confluence/SharePoint)
Moderation of workshops/interviews/refinements with specialist departments, IT, operations, data protection/information security, and external service providers, if applicable.
Participation in clickable prototypes/wireframes and early validation with users; close collaboration with UX and tech lead.
Support in test design (technical test cases) and test management (functional testing), review of implementation results with developers
We are looking for:
German Advanced, mandatory
Min. 2-3 years of experience in requirements management in software projects
Confident in the documentation of functional and non-functional requirements
Experienced in agile process models including refinement, sprint support, and backlog maintenance (e.g., in Jira/Azure DevOps).
Ability to translate complex functional knowledge into structured, actionable requirements for development teams
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Proactive and reliable way of working, can-do attitude
Following up on tasks
Detail oriented & analytical with an ability to zoom out to the overall context
Ideally: certification in Requirements Engineering (IREB or IIBA) and / or in Low Code Technologies (e.g. Outsystems, Appien, Mendix)
