About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Mid-Level Product Designer to join our team. You’ll take ownership of small to medium-sized projects and play a key role in shaping user experiences across our digital products. This is a great opportunity for a designer looking to grow in autonomy while collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
You’ll use tools like Figma and Mural
to create thoughtful, user-centered designs that are grounded in research and polished in execution.
Primary Functions and Tasks:
- Own and lead small to medium-sized design projects with autonomy.
- Conduct user interviews and usability research to inform design decisions.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
- Design wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished UIs.
- Build and maintain reusable Figma components and contribute to our design system.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
- Iterate on designs based on user testing and stakeholder feedback.
- Participate in design critiques and team discussions.
We are looking for:
- Proficient skills in Figma, including components, prototyping, and working within design systems.
- Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, wireframes, and user research techniques (interviews, usability testing).
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex problems into elegant solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Mural or similar tools for workshops and collaborative design.
- A portfolio that showcases your design process and outcomes.
Bonus Points
- Experience working in agile product teams and/or B2B environments.
- Interest in accessibility and inclusive design.
- Basic familiarity with front-end development (not required, but helpful).
