Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Provide daily production support and resolve incidents in collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Manage and support daily banking operations and act as a key point of contact for client support.
• Lead and execute onboarding processes for new clients and services.
• Gather, define, and analyze business and technical requirements for new features and system improvements.
• Collaborate within SCRUM teams to deliver incremental solutions.
• Support and lead data migration and data analysis activities.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel Power User features.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for requirements tracking, testing, and agile collaboration.
• Drive process optimization and automation through VBA, Python scripts, and other custom solutions.
• Contribute to innovation topics and propose strategic enhancements aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in IT, Finance, and Economics domains.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across departments and international teams.

We are looking for:  

• German and English advanced 
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or Consultant in the banking or financial services sector.
• Solid experience with SQL, Excel (advanced level), PowerPoint, and Microsoft Copilot/AI tools.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps and agile methodologies (SCRUM).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as VBA, Python, or similar.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Solid understanding of banking products and financial instruments.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently.
• Passion for innovation and process improvement.
