Location: Bucharest, Sibiu, Cluj, Brasov, Timisoara and Iasi.

Primary Functions and Tasks: 

• Accountable for the product backlog and prioritization of user stories with team members;
• Create and refine business user stories;
• Practical understanding of Scrum principles and practices;
• Share and decompose Features into user stories (non-technical);
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer and product needs;
• Recognized voice of the business to the team;
• Work closely with the Product Manager to represent capabilities and features at team level;
• Ensure traceability between requirements, Features and User Stories;
• Review test cases against user stories’ acceptance criteria;
• Re-prioritize the Product Backlog based on customer feedback, market changes and business priority as communicated by the Product Manager;
• Formally accept user stories once acceptance criteria are met and demo-ed;
• Participate in grooming sessions, retrospectives, defect management and release planning sessions;
• Be available to the team for clarifications during Sprint Planning and Daily Scrums;
• Own the continual acceptance criteria for business-value user stories demoted by the team.

We are looking for:  

• Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years of additional relevant experience;
• 2–4 years of experience as Product Owner, Project Manager or Business Analyst;
• Experience analyzing problems, drawing conclusions and devising action plans;
• Ability to remove blockers and maintain team progress;
• Good negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
• Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to change;
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication;
• Self-directed and result-oriented;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Fluent in English.
