Primary Functions and Tasks: 

Join our growing Microsoft practice, where we support customers across Europe with advisory, transformation, solutions, and services related to the Microsoft Cloud. We are looking for a Senior Analyst or Consultant to help drive our growth and deliver exceptional value to our clients, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 services, Security, Compliance, Identity and Access management, and on-premises technologies (nice to have).

• IT Strategies: Contribute to comprehensive IT strategies that optimize the use of Microsoft products and solutions, aligning with the client’s IT landscape and corporate strategy.

• Implement Microsoft Solutions: Introduce and implement Microsoft solutions and technologies for clients across various industries, ensuring they meet business needs and objectives.

• Microsoft 365 Services Deployment: Support the deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance services enabling Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Modern Workplace, Intune, Windows 365, ensuring clients maximize their investment in Microsoft 365.

• Cloud Solutions Deployment: Guide clients through the adoption and implementation of cloud solutions using the Microsoft product portfolio, including Azure services.

• Enhance Security: Strengthen security and compliance measures using Microsoft products as Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI), and Microsoft Defender for Apps (MDA).

• Identity and Access Management: Implement and manage identity and access management solutions, including Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Active Directory, and One Identity Manager. Ensure robust privileged access management (PAM) practices are in place to protect sensitive information..

• Support Acquisition Activities: Assist in business development and acquisition activities, gradually taking on responsibility for sub-projects and contributing to the growth of the practice.

We are looking for:  

• Educational Background: Successfully completed studies in Information Technology, Economics, Industrial engineering, Business informatics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in IT Services, with a focus on Microsoft technologies.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft products and solutions, with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 services, security, identity and access management, and on-premises technologies. 
• Minimum 2 years of operational experience with any of the following: Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE), Microsoft Defender for Identity (MDI), Microsoft Defender for Apps (MDA), and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or German is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Open to travel nationally and internationally to advise our clients on-site optimally.
• Certifications: Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable, especially those related to security, identity management, and on-premises technologies.
  Either has or is looking to pass the exam for any of the below:

• Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security;
• Microsoft 365 Identity and Services;
• Administering Information Protection and Compliance in Microsoft 365;
• Microsoft Azure Security Technologies;
• Microsoft 365 Security Administration;
• Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar.
