Receptionist
Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: finance and HR related, account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, as well as other functions.
This is a 6 months contract role, with possible extension, depending on the performance.
Primary Functions and Tasks:
Work with documents
- Scans and archives contracts and documents of the company
- Follows up to receive the contracts from the requester/ holder of the contract
- Registers all the documents which enter and leave the company and redirects the documents to departments in charge, scans, and archive
- Registers, scans the invoices and keeps evidence
Office maintenance
- Ensures and maintains the functionality of the office
- Performs supplies orders – stationery, coffee, water, cleaning products, protocol, household objects
- Handles correspondence and couriers
- Welcomes visitors
- Assets Handover
- Handles Access Card system
- Books meeting rooms
- Offers support when needed
We are looking for:
- Advanced English skills
- Good MS office skills, especially Excel
- Good communications kills and interpersonal skills
- Team player, flexible and open minded
- Organized, results oriented and attention to details
- Friendly attitude, proactive and calm
