Our Shared Services Center provides a broad area of services: account and segment support, cockpit and reporting, sales and marketing campaigns, research and presentations, accelerators, customer experience management, data government, recruitment, etc.

Primary Functions and Tasks:

• You will screen applicants for external job ads
• You will obtain approval from the management and the works council and drive this process forward
• You will upload CVs and other mandatory documents in our Applicant-Tracking-System
• You will send feedback messages to non-eligible candidates and update their status in our Applicant-Tracking-System
• You will support with projects in our German Recruiting and Employer Branding Team

We are looking for: 

• 1-year previous professional experience in a recruiter role is an advantage
• Advanced German and English
• MS Office proficiency
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
